Product Description
Lava Lamp/Volcanic Eruption
Scientific principle:
Effervescent tablet produces a lot of carbon dioxide when exposed to water, when a certain amount of gas is accumulated, the gas will gush out of the oil with the colored water and make the phenomenon similar to eruption.
-
Colorful Fountain
Scientific Principle:
Baking soda and citric acid react to produce a large amount of carbon dioxide gas. Dissolve the detergent in the bottle and blow out a large amount of foam, and then a colorful fountain erupts.

Rainbow Ferris Wheel
Scientific Principle:
When the water contact with the rainbow candy, the pigment begins to dissolve in the water, and the density of the water increases, spreading toward the less dense areas. When the pigment from one rainbow candy meets the pigment from another rainbow candy, both colors spread toward the less dense area in the middle of the plate because of their similar densities, eventually forming a pattern similar to a rainbow Ferris wheel.

Pigment Diffusion
Scientific Principle:
Diffusion is phenomenon that the matter transfer from a high-density area to a low-density area until it is evenly distributed. Pigment is denser than water, so when it drops into water, it diffuses faster to the water with lower density. Salt water is denser than pigment, so it allows the pigment to remain suspended in the brine for a while before slowly spreading out.

Rainbow Rain
Scientific Principle:
After pouring the cooking oil mixed with pigment into the water, the density of the cooking oil is less than the water and the pigment in the cooking oil has the highest density. So, the pigment starts to sink into the water and dissolves with the water, thus forming a fantastic rainbow rain.
